Before you begin
- You must be an employee with access to the Time Off module.
- Ensure your leave balances are up to date before reviewing them.
Step 1. View Current Cycle Information
- Navigate to the "My Time Off" section in in your dashboard page.
- Click on the "Leave Balances" tab.
- Review the following details under the "Current Cycle" section:
- Hours Taken and Days Taken: Total hours and days of leave already used in the current cycle.
- Hours Accrued and Days Accrued: Total hours and days of leave accrued so far in the current cycle.
- Carry Over (Hours) and Carry Over (Days): Leave hours or days carried over from the previous cycle.
- Total Allowance (Hours) and Total Allowance (Days): Total amount of leave allotted for the current cycle.
- Current Balance (Hours) and Current Balance (Days): Remaining hours and days available for the current cycle.
Step 2.View Next Cycle Information
- Search: You can use the search bar to search for specific emails or recipients by entering keywords or email addresses.
- Filter: Use the filter options to narrow down the email logs based on specific conditions, such as the status (e.g., delivered, bounced), or by module.

1.How do I see my leave balance for both current and upcoming cycles?
You can view your current cycle and next cycle information under the "Leave Balances" tab in the "My Time Off" section of your dashboard. This section shows detailed breakdowns of hours taken, accrued, carried over, and remaining balances.

- The current cycle reflects your leave status for the ongoing period, including how much leave you have used, accrued, or carried over.
