Before you begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions (usually Super Admin) to assign the Admin role to a user.
  • Making a user an admin will grant them access to all admin-level features and settings.

Step 1. Making a user an Admin

  1. In the My People section, locate the user you wish to make an admin.
  2. Click on the Action button (three dots) next to their name.
  3. Select Make Admin from the drop-down menu.
  4. A confirmation message will appear to confirm that you want to grant this user admin privileges.
  5. Confirm your selection by clicking Yes, Make Admin.
  6. The user will now have admin-level access within the system.
