Before you begin

 Ensure you have the necessary admin permissions to manage approval rules.

Step 1.Log in to Plumm

 Use your credentials to log in to your Plumm account.

Step 2. Navigate to the Admin section

 In the side navigation menu, click on the "Admin" section.


Step 3. Select the Approval Rules tab

 Under the "Admin" section, click on the "Approval" tab.


Step 4. Choose an Approval Rule

 Pick any of the available approval rules listed in the system.


Step 5. Edit the Rule

  Click the action button (usually represented by three dots or a gear icon) next to the rule you selected, then click "Edit."


Step 6. Access the Approval Steps

In the document editor, locate the "Approval Steps" section.


Step 7. Arrange the Steps

 Click the action button again and select "Arrange Step."


Step 8. Confirm Changes

Rearrange the steps according to your preferences. After making your adjustments, confirm the changes to finalize the new approval order.

     No, approval rules can only be edited, not deleted.
