Before you begin
- To track eSign templates, you must have the Admin role with access to the eSign module.
- Templates must have been sent for signing to appear in the Requested tab.
Step 1. Navigate to the Requested Tab
- Go to the Admin section in the left-hand menu of Plumm.
- Select eSign from the options listed.
- Click on the Requested tab to view all the sent eSign templates.
Step 2. Track Template Status
- In the Requested tab, you will see a list of sent eSign templates.
- Check the Status column for each template. The possible statuses are:
- Pending: Awaiting signatures.
- Completed: All signatories have signed the document.
- Failed: The signing process has encountered an issue.
- You can filter templates based on their status by clicking the Status dropdown.
Step 3. View Details
- To see more information about the sent template, click the View button (eye icon) next to the template.
- This will show the Participants, Subject, and Communication details (e.g., email body and message).
- If necessary, you can also Download the document or check Activity Logs for detailed actions related to the signing process.

1. How do I know if a template has been signed?
You can check the Status column. If it shows Completed, it means the template has been signed by all participants.
2 . Can I track multiple eSign templates at once?
Yes, you can see the status of all sent templates in the Requested tab. You can filter or sort them based on their status or creation date.
3. What do the different statuses mean?
- Pending: The template is awaiting action from the signatories.
- Completed: All recipients have signed the document.
4. Can I resend a document if it’s still pending?
Yes, if the status is Pending, you can resend the document to the signatories by selecting the template and choosing the Send option again.
