Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to add Assets.
- Only Managers with the correct permissions can add Assets.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Assets section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Add Assets
- Managers with the correct permissions can add Assets. If you have the required permissions, the option to Add Assets will be visible.
- Fill in the requested information in the Assets section, such as:
- Device Type
- Device Name
- Serial No.
- Issued On
- Returned On
- The mandatory fields for adding Assets include:
- Device Type
- Device Name
- Serial No.
- Once you've added all the required fields, click Save to confirm the details in the Assets section.
Additional Options
- You can add more than one Asset by clicking Add Asset and entering the relevant details for each item.
- If you no longer need an asset, you can remove it by clicking the Delete button next to the asset.
