Before you begin

Ensure you have the required permissions to add or update bank details for users. Only Managers with the necessary permissions can access and modify bank information.
Make sure the user has provided their bank information, including the bank name, account details, and relevant codes.

Step 1. Log in and Navigate to Core

  1. Log in to Plumm using a Manager account or any user account with the required permissions to manage profiles.
  2. From the main dashboard, click on the 9 dots icon.
  3. Select Core from the list of options available.
  4. Once in the Core section, locate the People or User Management area.
  5. Find the user for whom you wish to add or update their bank details.
  6. Click on the Action button next to the user’s name.
  7. Select Edit to open the user’s profile.

Step 2. Add or Update Bank Details

In the user profile, follow these steps to add or update bank details:
  1. Go to the Money tab within the user's profile to manage their financial details.
  2. Scroll to the Bank Details section.
  3. Click on the 3 dots (options menu) next to the Bank Details section.
  4. Select Add from the dropdown menu (if no bank details exist) or Edit (if updating existing information).
  5. Enter the following bank-related details:
    • Country: Select the country from the available options.
    • Currency: Choose the appropriate currency for the user’s bank account.
    • Bank Name: Enter the name of the bank.
    • Account Holder Name: Provide the name of the account holder.
    • Account Number: Enter the user’s bank account number.
    • Account Code Type: Select the account code type (e.g., IBAN, account number).
    • Sort Code / BIC / SWIFT Code / IFSC Code: Enter the relevant codes based on the bank's requirements.
  6. Once the required details are entered, click Confirm to save the updated bank details.

1.Who can add bank details for a user?

Only Managers with the necessary permissions can add or update bank details. If you do not have these permissions, you will only be able to view the information.
 

2. Can I add multiple bank accounts for a user?

This depends on your platform's settings. Some platforms allow multiple bank accounts to be added, while others only allow one.


3.Is it safe to add bank details for users?

Yes, the bank details are securely stored and encrypted within the platform to ensure privacy and security.
 

 

4.What if I entered the wrong bank information?

You can edit the bank details at any time by following the same steps. Simply click Edit in the Bank Details section to update the information.


 

5.Can I delete a user’s bank details after adding them?

Yes, you can delete a user’s bank details at any time by selecting Delete in the Bank Details section.
