Before you begin

Ensure you have the required permissions to add bonus information to a user’s profile. If a Manager has permission, only in this case can they add bonus information; otherwise, they can only view it.
Make sure you have the necessary bonus details, including the bonus amount, criteria, and relevant dates.

Step 1. Log in and Navigate to Core

  1. Log in to Plumm using a Manager account or any user account with the required permissions to manage profiles.
  2. From the main dashboard, click on the 9 dots icon.
  3. Select Core from the list of options available.
  4. Once in the Core section, locate the People or User Management area.
  5. Find the user for whom you wish to add or update their bank details.
  6. Click on the Action button next to the user’s name.
  7. Select Edit to open the user’s profile.

Step 2. Add bonus information

In the user profile, follow these steps to add bonus information:
  1. Click on the Money tab within the user’s profile to manage their financial details.
  2. Scroll down to the Bonus Information section.
  3. Click on the 3 dots (options menu) next to the Bonus Information section.
  4. Select Add from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the following bonus-related details:
    • Bonus Date: Enter the date of the bonus.
    • Bonus Currency: Select the currency from the available options.
    • Bonus Amount: Enter the amount of the bonus.
    • Bonus Criteria: Provide the criteria that applies to the bonus (e.g., performance, sales target).
    • Effective Date: Enter the date when the bonus applies.
    • Paid Currency: Choose the currency used for payment.
    • Paid Amount: Enter the actual paid amount.
    • Reason: Provide a reason for the bonus (e.g., reward for achieving a target).
    • Status: Select the bonus status (e.g., Paid, Pending).
  6. Once all the required information is entered, click Save to confirm and add the bonus information.

1. Who can add bonus information for a user?

 Only Managers with the appropriate permissions can add bonus information for users. If you do not have these permissions, you will only be able to view the information.
 

2. Can I add multiple bonuses for a user?

 Currently, you can only add one bonus entry at a time. Repeat the process for each additional bonus.


3. What should I do if I made a mistake while adding the bonus details?

 You can edit the bonus information by clicking the Edit button next to the entry if it hasn’t been finalized.
 

 

4. Is it safe to add bonus information?

 Yes, all bonus information is securely stored and encrypted to ensure the privacy and safety of your data.
 

 

5. Can I delete bonus information once it’s saved?

Yes, you can delete the bonus information at any time by selecting the Delete option in the Bonus Information section.
