Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to add Domestic Details and Dependent information.
- If a Manager has permission, only in this case they can add Domestic Details and Dependent information; otherwise, they can only view the section.
- Make sure you have the required details to update the Domestic Details section, such as Address, Country, Postal Code, TimeZone, etc.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Domestic Details section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Add Domestic Details
- Managers with the correct permissions can add Domestic Details. If you have the required permissions, the option to Add Domestic Details will be available.
- If you do not have the necessary permissions, you will only be able to view the information.
- Click on Add Domestic Details to add the required details in the profile.
- Fill in the requested details, such as:
- Address
- Country
- Postal Code
- TimeZone
- Once you've filled in the required fields, click Save to add the Domestic Details.
Step 3. Add Dependent Information
- In the Domestic Details section, click the three dots on the right-hand side again.
- Select Add Dependent to enter dependent information.
- The following mandatory fields are required when adding a dependent:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Gender
- Fill in the required information for the dependent.
- After adding the dependent, click Save to confirm the details.
- You can add more than one dependent by clicking Add Dependent again and filling in the details for additional dependents.
- If you no longer need a dependent, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button next to the dependent’s details.
