Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to add a user’s Personal Summary.
- If a Manager has permission, only in this case they can add the Personal Summary; otherwise, they can only view the information.
- Make sure you have the required details to update the Personal Summary, such as LinkedIn, Hobbies and Talents, Special Needs, etc.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Personal Summary section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Add Personal Summary
- Managers with the correct permissions can add the Personal Summary. If you have the required permissions, the option to Add Personal Summary will be available.
- If you do not have the necessary permissions, the information will only be in View mode.
- Click on Add Personal Summary to add the details in the profile.
- Fill in the requested details, such as:
- Hobbies and Talents
- Special Needs
- Other relevant information
- There are no mandatory fields in the Personal Summary section. Therefore, you can choose to save without adding any fields if needed.
- Once you've added the desired information, click Save.
