Add Training in a User's Profile

Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to add Training.
- Only Managers with the correct permissions can add Training.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account or a user account with permission to manage profiles.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select Core from the menu.
- Under the People section, click on My People.
- Click on the user’s name to open their profile, which will take you to the Team/People Profile section.
- In the Training section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Add Training
Managers with the correct permissions can add Training.
- If you have permission, the option Add Training will be visible.
- If not, the section will be View mode only.
- Click Add Training to open the form.
- Fill in the requested information in the Training section, such as:
- Training Name
- Status
- Category
- Cost (optional)
- Currency (optional)
- The mandatory fields for adding Training include:
- Training Name
- Status
- Category
- Completed Date
- Once all required fields are completed, click Save to confirm the Training record.
Additional Options:
- You can add multiple Trainings by clicking Add Training for each entry and filling in the relevant details.
- To remove a Training record, click the Delete button next to the entry.
