Before you begin
Ensure you have the required permissions to edit bonus information for users. If a Manager has permission, only in this case can they edit bonus details; otherwise, they can only view the information.
Make sure you have the updated bonus details, including the revised bonus amount, criteria, and dates.
Step 1. Log in and Navigate to Core
- Log in to Plumm using a Manager account or any user account with the required permissions to manage profiles.
- From the main dashboard, click on the 9 dots icon.
- Select Core from the list of options available.
- Once in the Core section, locate the People or User Management area.
- Find the user for whom you wish to add or update their bank details.
- Click on the Action button next to the user’s name.
- Select Edit to open the user’s profile.
Step 2. Edit bonus information
In the user profile, follow these steps to edit the bonus information:
- Click on the Money tab within the user’s profile to manage financial details.
- Scroll down to the Bonus Information section.
- Click on the 3 dots (options menu) next to the bonus entry you want to edit.
- Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
- Modify the following details as needed:
- Date: Update the date for the bonus.
- Bonus Currency: Change the currency if applicable.
- Bonus Amount: Adjust the bonus amount.
- Criteria: Modify the criteria for receiving the bonus (e.g., performance, sales target).
- Effective Date: Update the effective date when the bonus applies.
- Paid Currency: Change the currency used for payment.
- Paid Amount: Modify the actual paid amount.
- Reason: Edit the reason for awarding the bonus (e.g., achievement of a specific target).
- Status: Update the status (e.g., Paid, Pending).
- After making the necessary updates, click Save to confirm the edited bonus information.
