Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Domestic Details and Dependent information.
- If a Manager has permission, only in this case they can edit Domestic Details and Dependent information; otherwise, they can only view the added information.
- Make sure you have the required details to update the Domestic Details section, such as Address, Country, Postal Code, TimeZone, etc.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Domestic Details section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Edit Domestic Details
- Managers with the correct permissions can edit Domestic Details. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Domestic Details will be available.
- If you do not have the necessary permissions, you will only be able to view the information.
- Click on Edit Domestic Details to update the profile.
- Fill in the requested details, such as:
- Address
- Country
- Postal Code
- TimeZone
- Once you've updated all the mandatory fields, click Save to confirm the updates.
Step 3. Edit Dependent Information
- Below the Domestic Details section, there is another section called Dependents.
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Dependents section.
- Select Edit Dependent to edit the dependent information.
- You can edit more than one dependent by clicking Edit Dependent for each.
- If you no longer want a dependent, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button next to the dependent’s information. The Delete option is available only in the Dependents section.
- After making the necessary changes or deletions, click Save to confirm.
