Before you begin
Ensure you have the required permissions to edit pay rates for users. Only Managers with the necessary permissions can edit pay rates for users.
The employee must have Hourly as their pay type for their pay rate to be edited.
Step 1: Log in and Navigate to Core
- Log in to Plumm using a Manager account or any user account with the required permissions to manage profiles.
- From the main dashboard, click on the 9 dots icon.
- Select Core from the list of options available.
- Once in the Core section, locate the People or User Management area.
- Find the user for whom you wish to add or update their bank details.
- Click on the Action button next to the user’s name.
- Select Edit to open the user’s profile.
Step 2: Access the User Profile
- Locate the employee for whom you need to edit the pay rate.
- Click on the Action button next to the employee’s name.
- Select Edit to open the user’s profile.
Step 3: Edit Pay Rate
In the user profile, follow these steps to edit the pay rate:
- Go to the Work tab within the user’s profile to manage their work-related information.
- Scroll to the Contract section and ensure the Pay Type is set to Hourly.
- Scroll down to the Pay Rates section.
- Locate the pay rate you wish to edit and click the Edit button next to it.
- In the popup, modify the following fields:
- Start Date: Change the start date if needed.
- End Date: Update the end date if required.
- Pay Rate: Adjust the hourly rate.
- Currency: Change the currency if applicable.
- Comment: Edit any comments or remarks related to the pay rate.
- After making the necessary changes, click Save to confirm the edited pay rate.
