Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Role History.
- Only Managers with the correct permissions can edit Role History.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account or a user account with permission to manage profiles.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select Core from the menu.
- Under the People section, click on My People.
- Click on the user’s name to open their profile, which will take you to the Team/People Profile section.
- In the Job Information section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Edit Role History
- Click Edit Role History to open the form.
- The Role History section will show the following fields:
- Effective Date
- Job Title
- Department
- Location
- Change Type
- Fill in or update all the mandatory fields for the Role History entry.
- You can edit multiple Role History entries by repeating the process for each entry.
- For each Role History entry, you can set the status as Active or Inactive by clicking Make Active or Make Inactive depending on the current job title.
- If you wish to delete any Role History entry, click the Delete button next to it.
