Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Training.
- Only Managers with the correct permissions can edit Training.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Training section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Edit Training
- Manager users with the correct permissions can edit Training. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Training will be visible.
- The requested information, such as:
- Training Name
- Status
- Category
- Cost
- Currency
- will already be filled in.
- Click on Edit Training to update the profile.
- Update the mandatory fields, including:
- Training Name
- Status
- Category
- Completed Date
- Once you’ve updated all the required fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the Training section.
Additional Options
- You can edit more than one Training by clicking Edit Training and entering the relevant details for each item.
- If you no longer need a training record, you can remove it by clicking the Delete button next to the training entry.
