Before you begin
- Ensure that you have access to the Org Chart section in your dashboard. You must have an active Plumm account and appropriate permissions to view or interact with the Org Chart.
Step 1. Navigate and Interact with the Org Chart
- Go to the Org Chart section in your dashboard.
- Zoom In & Zoom Out: Use the zoom feature to get a closer or broader view of the chart.
- Find User Dropdown:
- Click on the dropdown to search for any user, yourself ("Me"), or the company name.
- Select the user or company you want to locate within the org chart.
- Expand All Button:
- Click the "Expand All" button to display the entire chart, showing all users and departments in detail.
- Fit Screen Button:
- Click the "Fit Screen" button to resize the chart, optimising the display for your screen resolution.
- Viewing User Information:
- If the user is registered, clicking their name will open a side popup displaying the following information:
- Preferred Name
- Birthday
- Job Title
- Location
- Department
- Sub-Department
- Reports To
- Direct Reports
- If the user is not registered, this side popup will not be available for viewing.
- If the user is registered, clicking their name will open a side popup displaying the following information:
- User Profile Arrow Icon:
- A profile arrow icon is available to navigate to the user's profile directly.
Step 2. Filter Users
- Locate the Filter option in the Org Chart.
- Use the available filters to narrow down the chart display by:
- Location: Select a specific location to view users from that region.
- Department: Filter users by their department.
- Employment Contract: View users by their contract type (e.g., full-time, part-time).
- Employment Type: Filter users by employment type (e.g., permanent, contract).
Step 3. Download the Org Chart
- Click the Download button in the Org Chart section.
- Choose from two available download options:
- PDF: Download the Org Chart as a PDF document.
- Image: Download the Org Chart as an image file (e.g., PNG, JPG).

Yes, you can zoom in and out to view more or less detail of the chart. This is helpful for large organizations.
2. How do I find a specific user in the Org Chart?
You can use the Find User Dropdown to search for any user, yourself ("Me"), or the name of the company.
3.What happens when I click the 'Expand All' button?
Clicking Expand All will expand the entire chart to display all users and departments, making it easier to view the full structure.
