Before you begin
To manage candidate photos, you must have permission to access the Candidate Pool in the Hire module. This feature is typically available to Admins by default. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your system administrator for assistance.Step 1. Access the Candidate Pool
- Go to Hire > Candidate Pool
- You will be directed to the Candidate Pool page, where all candidates are listed.
Step 2. Edit Candidate Profile
- In the Candidate Pool section, locate the candidate whose photo you want to manage.
- Click the action button (three dots or pencil icon) next to the candidate's name to open the Edit Candidate profile view.
- The candidate's details will open in a pop-up or sidebar, where you can view and modify their information, including their photo.
Step 3. Remove or Upload a Candidate’s Photo
- Once the profile editor is open, you will see the candidate’s photo displayed at the top of the profile page.
- To remove the photo: Click the delete icon next to the photo to remove it.
- To upload a new photo: Click the upload icon next to the photo placeholder and select an image from your files.
- After making the necessary changes, click Save to update the candidate’s profile.

1. Can I upload or remove photos for multiple candidates at once?
No, photos must be updated individually for each candidate. Bulk editing of photos is not supported.
2 . What if I cannot see the option to upload or remove a photo?
If the photo upload or delete option is missing, check that your account has the appropriate permissions. If you’re unable to modify the photo, contact your system administrator.
3. What types of images can I upload?
You can upload image files in common formats such as JPEG or PNG. Ensure that the image complies with any file size restrictions your system may have.
4. Can I view the photo in the Candidate Pool after uploading it?
Yes, once uploaded, the photo will appear alongside the candidate’s details in the Candidate Pool for easy identification.
5. Will deleting a photo affect other sections of the candidate's profile?
No, deleting the photo will not affect any other information in the candidate’s profile. The rest of the candidate’s details remain intact.
