Steps to Manage Upcoming 1-on-1 Meetings
- Navigate to the 1-on-1 Meetings Dashboard:
- Go to the 1-on-1 meetings section on your dashboard.
- Locate the Upcoming 1-on-1:
- Find the upcoming 1-on-1 meeting that you wish to manage. These will be listed under the Upcoming 1-on-1 heading.
- Click on the View Button:
- Click the View button to see the details of the upcoming 1-on-1. This will open a side panel with the title Complete 1-on-1.
- View 1-on-1 Details:
- In the side panel, you will see the following details:
- Meeting Title
- Organiser
- Invitee
- Cadence
- Scheduled For (Date and Time)
- The questions selected during the 1-on-1 creation
- Organiser Comments
- Invitee Comments (Disabled field)
- Private Comments
- All fields are editable except the Invitee Comments area, which is disabled.
- Manage the Meeting Status:
- At the bottom of the panel, you will see two Call to Action (CTA) buttons:
- Mark Complete: Clicking this will remove the meeting from the Upcoming 1-on-1 section and mark it as Completed.
- Save Draft: Clicking this will remove the meeting from the Upcoming 1-on-1 section and change its status to Draft.
