Managing Upcoming 1-on-1 Meetings in Plumm

Before you begin

Valid Account and Permissions:
  • You must be logged in with a Super Admin or Admin role in Plumm.
  • Ensure your account has the appropriate access rights to manage upcoming 1-on-1 meetings.
Accessing the Dashboard:
  • You need access to the 1-on-1 meetings section on your dashboard.
  • Ensure the section is visible in your interface.
Upcoming 1-on-1 Status:
  • You can manage upcoming 1-on-1 meetings that are scheduled for a future date. These will be listed under the "Upcoming 1-on-1" heading on your page.
Open the Nine-Dot Menu
  1. From your PlummHR dashboard, locate the nine-dot menu (App Switcher) on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on it to expand and view the list of available modules.
Step 2: Navigate to the Core Tab
  1. In the expanded menu, click on the Core tab.
  2. The Core tab contains modules 1-on-1 meetings.
Step 3: Access the 1-on-1 Module
  1. Inside the Core tab, locate and click on the 1-on-1 Module.

Steps to Manage Upcoming 1-on-1 Meetings

    1. Navigate to the 1-on-1 Meetings Dashboard:
    2. Go to the 1-on-1 meetings section on your dashboard.
    3. Locate the Upcoming 1-on-1:
    4. Find the upcoming 1-on-1 meeting that you wish to manage. These will be listed under the Upcoming 1-on-1 heading.
    5. Click on the View Button:
    6. Click the View button to see the details of the upcoming 1-on-1. This will open a side panel with the title Complete 1-on-1.
    7. View 1-on-1 Details:
    8. In the side panel, you will see the following details:
      • Meeting Title
      • Organiser
      • Invitee
      • Cadence
      • Scheduled For (Date and Time)
      • The questions selected during the 1-on-1 creation
      • Organiser Comments
      • Invitee Comments (Disabled field)
      • Private Comments
    9. All fields are editable except the Invitee Comments area, which is disabled.
    10. Manage the Meeting Status:
    11. At the bottom of the panel, you will see two Call to Action (CTA) buttons:
      • Mark Complete: Clicking this will remove the meeting from the Upcoming 1-on-1 section and mark it as Completed.
      • Save Draft: Clicking this will remove the meeting from the Upcoming 1-on-1 section and change its status to Draft.

    1. Who can manage upcoming 1-on-1 meetings in Plumm?

    Only Super Admins and Admins with valid accounts have permission to manage upcoming 1-on-1 meetings.


    2. What happens when I click the "View" button for an upcoming 1-on-1?

    Clicking the "View" button will open a side panel displaying all the meeting details. You can edit the meeting information, except for the Invitee Comments section.


    3. Can I edit the Invitee Comments for an upcoming 1-on-1?

    No, the Invitee Comments section is disabled and cannot be edited by the organiser.
     


    4. What happens when I click "Mark Complete"?

    Clicking Mark Complete will remove the meeting from the Upcoming 1-on-1 section and change its status to Completed.
     

     

    5. What happens when I click "Save Draft"?

    Clicking Save Draft will remove the meeting from the Upcoming 1-on-1 section and change its status to Draft.
     

     

    6. Can I edit a 1-on-1 meeting after it's marked as Completed or Draft?

    No, once a meeting is marked as Completed or Draft, you will need to follow a different process to edit it.
