Before you begin

  • Ensure you have Manager permissions to view and manage Documents in the User's Profile.
  • Managers must have the necessary permissions to access the Documents Tab and add documents.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile section.
  3. In the User's Profile, you will see a Documents tab.
  4. In the Documents Tab, Managers can see the folders that have been assigned to them under Settings > Documents > User Documents.

Step 2. Access and Manage Documents

  1. Documents Tab Visibility:
    • Managers can access the Documents Tab if they have the correct permissions. If they do not have the necessary permissions, they will be unable to see the Documents Tab.
  2. Folder Visibility:
    • In the Documents Tab, Managers can see the folders assigned to them under Settings > Documents > User Documents.
    • Only the folders that are assigned to the Manager will be visible.
  3. Adding Documents:
    • Managers can add documents to the Documents Tab.
    • Managers cannot edit or delete documents once they have been added.
