Enhancements and New Features
This month’s updates are all about flexibility, speed, and visibility.
We’ve introduced powerful improvements across Payroll, Hiring, Learning and Development, eSign, Therapy, and platform-wide features. Whether you’re managing people, streamlining admin tasks, or enhancing candidate experience, these changes are designed to help you work smarter and move faster with greater clarity at every step.
Payroll:
Payroll is now quicker and more responsive, giving you a smoother experience from start to finish.
- Calculations now run in the background, freeing up the interface and improving processing speed.
- A new Recalculate option allows payroll adjustments to be applied mid-cycle without restarting the process.
These changes improve both accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing.
Hiring Communication
We’ve refined candidate messaging to help you work faster and stay more focused.
- Candidate counts now appear beside each job, giving a quick view of applicant volume.
- Email threads include an icon if attachments are present, helping recruiters spot key documents at a glance.
- Pinned emails stay at the top of the thread, while flagged messages are highlighted for easy access.
- Filters for Unread, Flagged, and Has Attachment make it easier to prioritise communication.
Hiring Workflow
New tools and tweaks make the hiring process more flexible and transparent.
- Move candidates both forwards and backwards through the hiring pipeline to reassess fit or correct earlier decisions.
- A new On Hold stage lets you pause a candidate’s progress without removing them from the process. You can:
- Drag and drop candidates into this stage
- Use the “Move to Hold” action
- Apply it in bulk to multiple candidates
- Use the new Candidate Pool filter to quickly find On Hold candidates when you're ready to re-engage.
- Candidate timelines now display rejection reasons for added context.
- A new default lets recruiters instantly notify candidates when rejecting them manually.
- Internal profile sharing now includes the option to hide personal details like name, photo, and contact info, promoting fairer evaluations.
Learning and Development
Supporting learner progress is now easier for both trainers and leaders.
- Trainers can view their assigned courses, track learner progress, and mark courses as complete when facilitating training sessions.
- Admins and managers can now review quiz responses submitted by learners to help identify knowledge gaps and offer better support.
eSign & Document Management
The latest eSign update simplifies high-volume document handling.
- You can now send documents to multiple team members at once and choose the destination folder for the signed copies, ideal for onboarding, compliance, and internal comms.
Therapy
We’ve made it easier for users to keep track of their support options.
- The Therapy page now shows how many sessions are available, giving users a clear view of what’s left and when they can next book.
Platform-Wide Enhancements
Smaller changes that make a big difference to everyday tasks:
- Admins can import timesheet data in bulk, speeding up data entry.
- The My People section now shows both direct and indirect reportees, helping managers see their full team.
- Our Azure Directory integration now automates user provisioning and management.
- Outgoing emails include a consistent header and footer for clear, branded communication.
- Admins with the right permissions can now impersonate users, making it easier to resolve issues quickly.
- Users can create and save multiple shareable calendar links for more flexible scheduling.
- New settings allow notifications for profile changes to be routed to the right people.
- Reporting filters have been updated to support All Users, Leavers, and Active views, improving accuracy.
