They use the same email actions, including send, draft, flag, pin, and read status. Messages organises conversations by open job, while Candidate Overview Messages focuses on one candidate. - Who can see which jobs?
Admin and Super Admin users can see all OPEN jobs for the company. Other users can only see OPEN jobs available through Job Visibility. - Do paused or archived jobs appear?
No. The Jobs list only loads active jobs with Position Status OPEN. - Why can I see Messages but cannot send an email?
Viewing Messages requires View Message permission. Sending emails requires the separate Send Message permission. - Can I access Messages without opening a candidate?
Yes. You can open the Messages page and select jobs first. Candidate emails load after selecting a candidate.
