My Dashboard and Team Dashboard (Employee and Manager)

Last Updated: 6 November 2026

What you can see and do here depends on the permission group (role) your admin has given you. See Set Up Roles and Permission Groups.

What It Is and Who It Is For

Your dashboard is the first page you see in Plumm. It shows what needs your attention: your tasks, your time off, company news and, for managers, what's happening in your team. You can act on most items straight from the dashboard.

Use the dropdown at the top to switch view:

  • User Dashboard: your own tasks, time off and company updates.
  • Team Dashboard: your team's tasks, time off, headcount and new joiners.
  • Company Dashboard: company-wide figures, for admins. See Customise the Company Dashboard and Feed (Super Admin and Admin).

Permissions by Role

Role What They See
Super Admin and Admin User, Team and Company dashboards. Super Admins also see Customise
Manager User and Team dashboards, with team widgets for their people
User (employee) User and Team dashboards. No Company dashboard and no Customise

Each widget belongs to a part of Plumm. If your role doesn't include that part, you won't see its widget.

  • My Tasks on the dashboard shows only your most recent tasks. Open Tasks > My Tasks for the full list.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Why Can't I See a Widget a Colleague Has? Your role doesn't include that part of Plumm, or your company hasn't added the widget. Ask your admin.

Why Doesn't My Team Dashboard Show Anyone? You need people reporting to you in Plumm. Ask HR to check your reports' Reports To field.

Can I Request Time Off From the Dashboard? Yes. Click Apply New Leave in My Time Off.

My Balance Looks Wrong. What Should I Do? Check Time > Time Off for the full breakdown. If it's still wrong, ask HR.
