Before you begin
To use the Expenses feature, you must:
- Be a registered employee with an active Plumm account
- Have system access to the Expenses module
Step 1.Navigation Steps
- Login to your Plumm account.
- Click on the 9 dots icon on the main dashboard.
- Select Money from the options under the 9-dot navigation.
- Choose My Expenses to access your expense management section.
Step 2: Add an Expense
- Once you're in the My Expenses section, click Add Expense.
- Choose the appropriate expense category (e.g., Travel, Supplies).
- Enter the required details (date, amount, and description).
- Upload any relevant receipts or attachments.
- Click Submit to save your expense.
Step 3: View an Expense
- Go to the Expenses section.
- Locate the expense you want to view.
- Click on the expense to view full details, including its status and attachments.
Step 4: Delete an Expense
- Navigate to the Expenses section.
- Find the expense with a Pending status.
- Click on it to open the full details.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm your action when prompted.

1. Can I add any type of expense?
You can add expenses under the categories supported by your company. If unsure, contact your HR or
Admin team.
2. What if I need to change an expense after submitting it?
You may need to delete the original expense and submit a new one. Contact HR or Admin if you're unsure.
3. Can I delete an expense once it's approved?
No, approved expenses cannot be deleted. Please contact your manager or HR to request changes.
4. How can I track the status of my expenses?
You can view the status of your expenses (e.g. Pending, Approved, Declined) in the Expenses section.
