My Pension

 Summary

My Pension is the employee view of a pension assigned to you. From My Money > Benefits, open a Pension card to view the pension scheme, employee and employer contribution percentages, and pension amounts by tax year.

Before you begin

You must have an active Payroll add-on to access and use Payroll features.

You need My Money access and View My Benefits permission.

A Pension card appears under Benefits when:

  • Your pension Status is ENROLLED.
  • The pension record is active.
  • The card can also open when the benefit Type is Recurring and the Category is Pension.

Opening My Pension

Log in to Plumm and open the 9-dot menu.

Under Money, select My Money > Benefits.

Select a Pension card, or open the three-dot menu (⋮) and select View.

The page title is My Pension, and the heading displays the benefit name.

Use the back chevron to return to My Money.

Read the pension summary

The summary provides an overview of your pension scheme and contribution percentages.

Pension Scheme

Displays the pension provider name.

The label under the provider name is Pension Scheme.

Employee contribution

Displays your employee contribution as a percentage.

If the contribution is 0, Plumm displays -.

Employer contribution

Displays your employer contribution as a percentage.

If the contribution is 0, Plumm displays -.

The employee and employer contribution percentages come from the worker group on your enrolment.

My Pension does not display Enrollment Date or Worker Group.

Read the contributions grid

The grid displays your pension contribution amounts by tax year and period.

Tax year

Displays the tax year for the contribution row.

Period

Displays the period month number.

Gross

Displays the gross salary for the period with its currency.

If the gross amount is 0, Plumm displays -.

Employer

Displays the employer contribution amount for the period.

Employee

Displays the employee contribution amount for the period.

Total

Displays the total pension contribution for the period.

If there are no contribution rows, Plumm displays Nothing to show here yet.

Use Search to find a specific row.

Available page sizes are:

  • 50
  • 100
  • 200
  • 500

Use the grid export option to download MyPension.xlsx. The worksheet name is MyPension.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Who can open this page?
    People with My Money access and View My Benefits permission who have a Pension card under Benefits can open My Pension. The list for this page includes only ENROLLED pensions.
  • Can I opt out from My Pension?
    No. Administrators manage pension enrolment from Company Money.
  • Can I change Worker Group or Enrollment Date?
    No. My Pension does not include Worker Group or Enrollment Date fields.
  • Why do I not see Enrollment details like Allowance?
    My Pension displays the Pension Scheme and the employee and employer contribution percentages, followed by the contributions grid. It does not include an Enrollment details section.
  • What statuses exist on company pension that I will not see here?
    Company Money pension status values include Enrolled, Re-Enrolled, Not Enrolled, Processing, Deferred, Opt-out, and Processing Error. Benefits only lists ENROLLED pensions for this page.
