My Profile Time Off
Summary
The Time Off tab on your profile allows you to view your own time-off requests and leave balances without leaving your profile.
It provides the same request list and balance information available in My Time Off.

Before you begin
You need:
- View My Time off permission to view Time Off on your profile.
- Edit My Time off permission to see Submit Request.
Additional information:
- The page title is Profile.
- This tab only shows your own time off.
- Submit On Behalf is not available from your profile.
What the Time Off tab is for
The Time Off tab stays on your profile. It does not redirect you to the dedicated My Time Off page.
The links available on the left are:
- My Time Off
- Leave Balances
Both sections are available on the same profile tab.
This differs from the dedicated My Time Off page where:
- My Time Off and Leave Balances are separate tabs.
- Leave Balances requires View Leave Balance permission.
Opening Time Off on your profile
- Log in to Plumm.
- Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
- Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Core.
- Open your profile picture from the top bar.
- Select Profile.
- Select Time Off.
Other profile tabs may include:
- Personal
- Work
- Documents
- Money
- Tasks
- Goals
Available tabs depend on your permissions.
Using My Time Off
The request list is the same as the dedicated My Time Off page.
If there are no requests, Plumm shows:
Nothing to show here yet
Additional options:
- Search placeholder: Search
- Use the year control when available.
- Year selector placeholder: Select
- Filter control title: Filter
If you have Edit My Time off permission:
- Submit Request appears after the list has loaded.
- It opens the request form with the heading:Submit Request

The three-dot menu (⋮) on a request can include:
- View
- Edit
- Cancel
- Delete
These actions appear only when allowed.

Using Leave Balances
The section heading is:
Leave Balances
Each card represents a policy assigned to you.
Typical balance labels include:
- Current Balance
- Actual Allowance Balance
- Carry Over
- Years of Service Allowance
- Admin adjustments
- System adjustments
- Overtime
- taken
- Total allowance
- Pending Approvals
- accrued
- Next cycle
- Balance
If there are no policies assigned, Plumm shows:

- Who can see Time Off on Profile?
You need View My Time off permission. - Is this the same as My Time Off in the sidebar?
The request list and balances are the same. Time Off on your profile stays within your profile, with My Time Off and Leave Balances shown on one tab. - Can I submit time off for someone else from here?
No. Submit On Behalf is not available on your profile. Use Team Time Off or the other person’s profile when you have the required permissions. - Why is Submit Request missing?
You need Edit My Time off permission. - Why are some policies missing from Leave Balances?
Only policies assigned to you are displayed. See Leave Balances for more information.
