Before you begin
To view your project time, you must be:
- Logged into your Plumm account
- Assigned to projects with logged time entries
Step 1. Filter your project time
Navigate to My Timesheet > My Project Time
The Filters and Selection section at the top of the page allows you to narrow down your data based on time periods and projects. You have the following options:
Select Date Filter
A dropdown lets you choose from predefined time ranges:
- Last Month
- Last 3 Months
- Last 6 Months
- Last 9 Months
- Last 12 Months
- Custom Range (Choose your own start and end date)
After selecting a range, the data displayed below will update to match the chosen time frame.
Select Project Dropdown (Left Sidebar)
- By default, All Projects is selected.
- You can select a specific project from the dropdown list to see the timesheet data related only to that project.
- This allows you to drill down into the data for a particular project or view all your assigned projects at once.
Step 2. View your time summary
Once the filters are applied, a Summary Section appears showing key totals:
- Total Duration: The total number of hours you have logged during the selected date range, including both billable and non-billable hours.
- Billable Duration: The total hours you have logged as billable, which are hours directly invoiced to a client.
- Non-Billable Duration: The total hours you have logged as non-billable, typically for internal activities that aren't charged to the client.
These totals help you quickly assess how much time you've spent across projects, how much is billable, and how much is non-billable.
Step 3. Search and download your timesheet data
Search Functionality
A search bar is located above the timesheet grid. You can use this to search for specific time periods, tasks, or project details.
- This allows you to quickly locate particular entries without scrolling through the entire grid.
Download Option
Next to the search bar is a download button that allows you to export the filtered timesheet data.
- The data will be downloaded as an Excel (.xlsx) file, which you can open to analyze or share your timesheet information.
Step 4. Understand the timesheet grid columns
The timesheet grid displays detailed information about your logged time for each period. Here’s a breakdown of the columns:
- Timesheet Period
- This column shows the start and end dates of the timesheet period.
- Example: "04 Aug 2025 - 10 Aug 2025"
- It represents the specific week or date range for which time entries were submitted.
- Date Submitted
- Displays the date when the timesheet was officially submitted.
- This helps you track when the time data was reported for approval or review.

- Billable hours are those that are invoiced to clients, making them a key metric for tracking revenue-generating work.
- Non-Billable
- Shows the number of non-billable hours logged during the timesheet period.
- Non-billable hours are typically internal activities such as meetings or administrative tasks that are not charged to the client.

Step 5. View task-level details
Each row in the timesheet grid is expandable. By clicking on the expand icon or row, a nested view appears that provides detailed information for each task worked on during the selected timesheet period. This includes:

- For each task, the following details are provided:
- Billable Hours: The number of billable hours logged for the specific task.
