My Recurring
Summary
My Recurring is the employee view of a recurring benefit assigned to you. From My Money > Benefits, open a Recurring card to view employer and employee contributions, enrolment details, and contribution amounts by pay cycle.

Before you begin
You must have an active Payroll add-on to access and use Payroll features.
You need My Money access and View My Benefits permission.
A Recurring card appears under Benefits when:
- The benefit Type is Recurring.
- The Category is not Vehicles.
- The Category is not Pension.
- Employee Contribution is greater than zero.
- Employer Contribution is greater than zero.
Opening My Recurring
Log in to Plumm and open the 9-dot menu.
Under Money, select My Money > Benefits.
Select a Recurring card, or open the three-dot menu (⋮) and select View.
The page title is My Recurring, and the heading displays the benefit name.
Use the back chevron to return to My Money.
Read the contribution summary
The summary provides an overview of employer and employee contributions from the rows currently displayed in the grid.
Employer Contribution
Displays the total of Employer Contribution values from the rows currently loaded in the grid, with currency.
Employee Contribution
Displays the total of Employee Contribution values from the rows currently loaded in the grid, with currency.
Total Value
Displays the Employer Contribution plus the Employee Contribution.
The calculation is:
Employer Contribution + Employee Contribution = Total Value
These totals are calculated from the rows currently shown in the grid.
If a contribution on a grid row is 0, Plumm displays - for that contribution.
Read Enrolment Details
The Enrolment Details section displays information about your recurring benefit enrolment.
Employer Contribution
Displays the enrolled employer contribution with currency.
If the contribution is 0, Plumm displays -.
Employee Contribution
Displays the enrolled employee contribution with currency.
If the contribution is 0, Plumm displays -.
Effective Date
Displays the effective date in dd MMM yyyy format.
If the date is unavailable, Plumm displays -.
Added By
Displays the name and photo of the person who added the enrolment.
Read the pay cycle grid
The grid displays contribution amounts for each available pay cycle.
Pay Cycle
Displays the cycle date in MMM yyyy format.
If the date is unavailable, Plumm displays -.
Employer Contribution
Displays the employer contribution for that pay cycle.
If there is no contribution, Plumm displays -.
Employee Contribution
Displays the employee contribution for that pay cycle.
If there is no contribution, Plumm displays -.
If there are no rows, Plumm displays Nothing to show here yet.
Use Search to find a specific row.
Available page sizes are:

- 50
- 100
- 200
- 500
Use the grid export option to download MyRecurring.xlsx. The worksheet name is My Recurring.

- Who can open this page?
People with My Money access and View My Benefits permission who have a Recurring card under Benefits can open My Recurring. - Why is my recurring benefit missing from Benefits?
Both Employee Contribution and Employer Contribution must be greater than zero on your enrolment. Recurring benefits in the Vehicles and Pension categories open their own pages instead. - Can I opt out or send a new request from My Recurring?
No. My Recurring is a view of the recurring benefit amounts assigned to you. - Why do the top totals change when I change page?
The totals are calculated from the rows currently shown in the grid. When the displayed rows change, the totals can change as well.
