My Review
Overview
This guide explains how to create and manage groups in Plumm. Groups allow administrators to assign multiple apps to multiple users at once. Administrators can also edit, delete, and search for groups as needed.

Before you begin
To access My Review, you must have the necessary permissions. If permitted, a tab labeled My Review will appear on the Reviews page.
Step 1: Accessing My Review
- Click on the 9 Dot Navigation at the top-left corner of your dashboard.
- Select Performance.
- Under Performance, click on Review to access the Reviews page.
Step 2: Viewing Reviews
Types of Reviews:
- Bottom-up: Reviews provided by employees to their managers.
- Top-down: Reviews given by managers to their direct reports.
- Peer Reviews: Reviews shared between colleagues.
Review Display:
- Each review is displayed by name.
- When clicked, users can view a list of reviewees categorized by review type (bottom-up, top-down, or peer).
Self-Review:
- Users can submit a self-review if assigned. There will be an option to start and complete it if available.
Step 3: Review Actions
Action Menu (Three Dots):
- Each review has an action menu next to its name.
- View Score: If scoring is enabled, click on View Score to see the overall score given by others. If scoring is disabled, a tooltip will display "No score available".
Step 4: Sorting and Searching Reviews
Year-wise Sorting:
- On the My Review page, use the year-wise drop-down menu to sort reviews by start date.
- For example, selecting 2024 will display reviews that started in that year.
Search Feature:
- Users can search for a specific review by name using the search functionality.
