Before you begin

Before using the My Timesheet page, make sure you have the correct permissions. Timesheet functionality is permission-based, and you will need the appropriate access level to enter and submit your timesheet data.

Step 1.Select the timesheet period

At the top of the My Timesheet page, you’ll find a date picker field. Use this to select the timesheet period you wish to enter or view.
  • If you have been assigned a monthly timesheet policy, the timesheet grid will show data for the selected month.
  • If you have a weekly timesheet policy, the grid will display the timesheet for the selected week.

Step 2. Add and manage tasks

On the left side of the page, you’ll see an Add Task button.
  1. Click the Add Task button to open a side popup.
  2. In the popup, you’ll be prompted to select:
    • Project: Choose the project associated with the task.
    • Task: Select the task you are working on within the project.
Once both fields are filled and saved, the task will be added to the grid below.

Step 3. Enter time and manage daily entries

  • Depending on whether the timesheet is weekly or monthly, the days of the week (for a weekly policy) or the dates of the month (for a monthly policy) will be displayed accordingly.
  • For each day, you can enter the number of hours worked. For example, if you worked 8 hours on a specific day, simply input 8 hours for that day.
  • Auto-save: Data entered for each day is automatically saved, so you don't need to worry about losing your progress.
  • If any day’s data appears under the label Other, this indicates that the data was fetched from Attendance.

Step 4. Submit or revoke your timesheet

Submit Your Timesheet

You have the option to submit either:
  • A single day’s data
  • The entire week/month timesheet
Click the Submit button to complete the process.

Revoke a Timesheet

If you realize there’s an error in a submitted timesheet, you can revoke it to make corrections. The Revoke Timesheet option is available under the three-dot menu on the left.

Step 5. View task details

In the timesheet grid, a View option is available for each task listed. Clicking this will open a side popup showing detailed information about the task:
  • Time Period: The start and end dates of the timesheet period for that task.
  • Project: The project associated with the task.
  • Task: The name of the task.
  • Billable: The billable status of the task.
  • Hours Spent: The total number of hours worked on that task.
You can also delete an added task from this view if needed.

Step 6. Access the timesheet menu options

On the left-hand side of the page, you'll find a three-dot menu with the following options:
  • Copy From Last Month/Week: This option allows you to copy tasks from the last week or the previous month into your current timesheet, making it easy to duplicate recurring tasks.
  • Revoke Timesheet: If you have submitted a timesheet with errors, use this option to revoke it and make necessary corrections before resubmitting.
  • Submit Time-off: If you wish to request time off for a specific period, use this option to submit your time-off request.
