My Vehicles

 Summary

My Vehicles is the employee view of a vehicle benefit assigned to you. From My Money > Benefits, open a Vehicles card to view cycle amounts, vehicle description, make and model, and registration number.

Before you begin

You must have an active Payroll add-on to access and use Payroll features.

You need My Money access and View My Benefits permission.

A Vehicles card appears under Benefits when:

  • The benefit Type is Recurring.
  • The benefit Category is Vehicles.
  • You have an active vehicle benefit record.

If the benefit cannot be found, Plumm takes you back to My Money.

The following options are not available on My Vehicles:

  • Enrolment details
  • Opt out
  • New Request
  • Update

My Vehicles is a read-only view of your assigned vehicle benefit.

Opening My Vehicles

Log in to Plumm and open the 9-dot menu.

Under Money, select My Money > Benefits.

Select a Vehicles card, or open the three-dot menu (⋮) and select View.

The page title is My Vehicles, and the heading displays the benefit name.

Use the back chevron to return to My Money.

Read the vehicles grid

The grid displays your vehicle income rows linked to the selected benefit.

Cycle

Displays the pay cycle name.

Description

Displays the vehicle description.

Make And Model

Displays the vehicle make and model.

Registration Number

Displays the vehicle registration number.

Amount

Displays the amount with the payroll currency symbol in front.

If the payroll currency is unavailable, the currency symbol defaults to £.

If an amount is missing, Plumm displays 0.

If there are no vehicle rows, Plumm displays Nothing to show here yet.

Use Search to find a specific row.

The page size is 10, and the page size selector is not displayed.

Use the grid export option to download VehicleMembers.xlsx.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Who can open this page?
    People with My Money access and View My Benefits permission who have a Vehicles card under Benefits can open My Vehicles.
  • Why is there no Opt out or Update?
    These actions are not available on My Vehicles. The page is a read-only list of vehicle amounts by cycle.
  • Why is Amount in pounds when my payroll is not GBP?
    The page uses the payroll currency when it can find an active payroll for the benefit location. If the payroll currency is unavailable, it defaults to £.
  • Can I add a vehicle from My Money?
    No. Vehicle records are maintained from Company Money > Benefits > Vehicles, not from My Vehicles.
