Scheduling & Pay

52-Week Average Hours in Working Schedule

  • A new option to calculate pay based on a 52-week average working hours, supporting regions where this is a regulatory requirement.

Time Off Enhancements

Actual Allowance Based on Prorata

  •  Leave entitlements are now calculated pro-rata, based on join/resign dates and working schedules — ensuring more accurate and compliant leave balances.

Approve on Behalf – Updated Flow

  • The approval flow for managers or admins approving on behalf of employees has been streamlined for better usability and visibility.

Pending Leave Count

  •  Employees and managers will now see a real-time count of pending leave approvals directly from their dashboard or Time Off module.

1-on-1 Enhancements

    Separate Events for Recurring Meetings

    • Recurring 1-on-1 meetings are now treated as individual events, allowing better tracking, feedback, and action recording per session.

    Invitee Question Templates

    • Organisers can now add question templates for invitees, enabling them to fill in answers ahead of the session — improving preparation and engagement.

    Email & Notification Improvements

    Email Header & Footer Update

    • Refreshed and unified branding across all platform-generated emails.

    Super Admin: Update Work Email

    • Super Admins now have the ability to update a user's work email from the admin panel without needing backend support.

    Trigger/Resend Notifications

    • Surveys: Resend reminders to users who haven’t completed the survey
    • Reviews: Trigger follow-up reminders for incomplete performance reviews

    Dashboard & Polling Enhancements

    Location-Based Poll Filtering

    • Dashboard polls can now be targeted to audiences based on their location.

    Dashboard Customisation for Admins

    • Admins now have control to customise the dashboard layout and widgets visible to different user groups.

    Org Chart Update

    Initials-Only Org Chart Download

    • New download option to export the Org Chart using only initials, supporting privacy and anonymised reporting.

    • The system can now extract candidate details from image-based PDFs, enhancing data accuracy during application import.

    Custom Course Assignment Emails

    • Tailor the email sent when assigning a course with branding, tone, and relevant information.

    Updated Main Navigation Menu – Cleaner, Smarter, and More Accessible

    We’ve refreshed the 9-dot app launcher to deliver a more intuitive and streamlined navigation experience.
    • Modules are now grouped in a visually modern layout, making it easier to scan and select what you need.
    • Categories such as Core, Performance, Wellbeing, Learn, Attendance, Timesheet, Rota, and more are neatly organised for quick access.
    • Locked modules are clearly marked with a padlock icon, allowing Admins to quickly identify which features are not yet subscribed.

    AI Agent Optimisation & Calibration Enhancements

    • We’ve made significant behind-the-scenes improvements to enhance the overall accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability of the AI Agent across modules.

    What’s improved:

    Better Intent Recognition

    • The Agent now better understands user prompts, even when phrased differently, ensuring more accurate responses and fewer misunderstandings.

    Improved Context Awareness

    • The Agent maintains better context across conversations, allowing for more natural and continuous dialogue.

    Performance Calibration

    • Fine-tuned logic ensures the Agent responds consistently and correctly, even across complex or overlapping use cases.
