Introducing the AI Agent for HR

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Plumm’s AI Agent for HR – your intelligent HR assistant, now live across core modules. Designed to simplify your workflows, this AI-powered assistant helps users get things done faster — using text, voice, or even screenshots.
Whether it’s managing leave, generating reports, or automating tasks, the AI Agent makes your HR processes smarter, more accessible, and far less manual.

AI Agent Now Available in the Following Modules:

Time Off

  • Check leave balances, apply for time off, and view approvals
  • Now supports creating and updating Time Off Policies directly via AI prompts

Profile

  • Easily update and manage user details through conversational commands

Permissions

  • Understand and manage access rights using AI-guided suggestions

Onboarding

  • Automate task assignment, send welcome messages, and guide new joiners step by step

  • Send a voice prompt to the AI Agent, and it will process and execute your request, hands-free.
  • Screenshot Understanding
  • Upload or paste a screenshot, and the AI Agent will interpret what you’re trying to do and guide you forward, whether that’s applying leave, resolving an error, or navigating a module.
  • Bulk Updates via Excel
  • Need to make changes in bulk? Just upload an Excel file, and the AI Agent can read it, validate the data, and assist with batch updates (e.g., onboarding, permissions, time off data).

Emma – AI Assistance for Mental Health Support

Emma continues to be your dedicated wellbeing AI, supporting users in areas related to mental health only.
Emma offers:
  • Mental health check-ins
  • Wellbeing resources and guidance
  • Suggestions for therapy or coaching based on mood and inputs
  • Chat moderation and handle risk cases
Emma remains a confidential, specialised experience distinct from the core HR AI Agent.

Additional Platform Enhancements

Task Enhancements

  • Archive Feature for My Tasks and Team Tasks — including bulk archive and bulk delete options for users
  • When assigning learning courses, a direct link is now embedded within the task so users can launch the course with one click

Learning & Dashboard

  • Enrolled Courses now display on the Dashboard, making it easier for users to track ongoing learning at a glance

Goals & Performance

  • Company Goal Assignment is now optional, offering more flexibility in how goals are rolled out across teams

Integrations

  • Active Directory Integration enhanced with Employee ID support in the Plumm App, improving sync and identity management across systems

Bug Fixes

We've squashed several bugs to improve stability and user experience across the platform:
  • Reviews – Fixed comment saving issues and visibility delays
  • Time Off – Resolved errors in leave request approvals and accrual tracking
  • Tasks – Addressed duplicate task notifications and completion status syncing
  • Goals – Fixed alignment issues and incorrect progress calculations
  • Profile – Resolved field update errors and minor display inconsistencies
