Open Positions Widget

Summary

The Open Positions widget on the Team Dashboard gives Admins and Managers a quick view of all active roles they are hiring for—based on their Job Visibility permission. It also shows the total number of applicants per position.

Before you begin

To see the Open Positions widget, you must:
  • Be an Admin or Manager
  • Have Job Visibility permission enabled
  • Be assigned visibility to one or more active job openings

Step 1. View open positions

  1. Go to Team Dashboard
  2. Scroll to the Open Positions widget
  3. View the list of active job titles you're hiring for
Each job shows:
  • Title
  • Location
  • Duration
  • Number of Applicants

Step 2.  See applicants per role

  1. Check the right side of each job card
  2. You’ll see the applicant count (e.g. “7 Applicants”)
  3. Click the job to go to the full job listing (if link is enabled)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why don’t I see any open positions in this widget?

You may not have Job Visibility permission, or you’re not assigned visibility to any open roles. Please check with your system admin.

2 . What does the applicant count represent?

This shows the total number of people who have applied for that specific job.

 

3.Can I open the full job listing from this widget?

If link access is provided, clicking the job name or applicant count will open the detailed job overview page.

4. Can I filter or search open positions?

No. The widget only shows a summary view. Use the Recruitment module to search or filter jobs.
