Before you begin
  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the Payment tab in the Company Money section.
  • Be familiar with your company’s payment policies and processes.

Step 1. Access the Payment tab

  1. Navigate to the "Company Money" section from your main dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Payment" tab to view all payment details made by the company.

Step 2. View payment details

  1. In the Payment tab, you will see a list of all payments made by the company.
  2. Payment details will include information such as payment amount, payment method, recipient, and the date of payment.

Step 3. Download payment details

  1. To download the payment details, select the "Download" option (typically as a PDF or CSV file) from the Payment tab.
  2. The document will be downloaded to your device, allowing you to review the payment history offline.

Step 4. Search for specific payment details

  1. Use the search bar within the Payment tab to search for specific payment details, such as payment amounts, dates, or recipient names.
  2. Enter relevant search terms and the system will filter the payment records accordingly.

2.Can I download payments for multiple months at once?
Depending on the platform, you may be able to filter by date range and download a report for multiple months. If bulk download options are unavailable, contact your system administrator.

 
3.What if I can’t find a specific payment?
Ensure you're using the correct search terms. If you're still unable to find a payment, check with the finance team to ensure the payment has been recorded correctly.
