Before you begin

  • To download payroll reports, you must have the necessary access rights, typically as a payroll or HR administrator in the system. Ensure that you are logged into your Plumm account with the appropriate permissions to access payroll reports.

Step 1.Download Payroll Reports

  1. Navigate to the Payroll section in the Plumm platform.
  2. Select Reports from the options available.
  3. Choose the desired report type from the following list:
    • P11 – Employee tax details for a specific period.
    • P30 – Employer's payslip for tax and National Insurance.
    • P32 – Employer payment record for a tax year.
    • P45 – Employee separation report showing pay and tax deductions.
    • P60 – Annual summary of employee pay and tax.
    • Payslips – Download payslips for all employees.
    • Gross To Net – Provides breakdown of gross to net pay for employees.
    • YTD – Year-to-date earnings and deductions for all employees.
    • Payment Details – Detailed payment information for employees.
    • Journal (without departments) – Payroll journal entries excluding departmental breakdowns.
    • Journal (with departments) – Payroll journal entries including departmental breakdowns.
    • Pension Summary – Summary of pension contributions.
  4. Click Download next to the selected report.
  5. The report will be downloaded only in this format (xlsx, PDF, etc.).
