Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into your Plumm account.
  • You must have access to the candidate's profile and the Messages module.
  • You must have permission to manage email visibility and pinning.

Step 1. Pin an email

  1. Go to the Candidate Overview page and open the Messages tab.
  2. Locate the email you wish to pin to the top of the message list.
  3. Hover over the email you want to pin.
  4. Click the Pin button (represented by a thumbtack icon) next to the email.
  5. The email will be pinned to the top of the message list for easy access, and it will remain at the top until you decide to unpin it.

Step 2.Unpin an email

  1. If you no longer want the email to stay at the top, locate the pinned email in the message list.
  2. Hover over the pinned email.
  3. Click the Unpin button (represented by the thumbtack icon again) to remove the pin.
  4. The email will now return to its original position in the message list.
