Publish or Unpublish Your Career Site
Summary
You can toggle your career site between Online (published) and Offline (unpublished) status with one click. When online, your career page is visible to candidates and all published jobs are accessible.

Before you begin
You must have access to the Career Site module in the Hire section. Only users with publishing rights can update visibility status.
Step 1. Toggle career site status
- Go to Hire > Career Site
- Locate the status toggle button near the top-right
- Click the dropdown and choose:
- Online to publish your site
- Offline to hide it from public view
Once set:
- Online means your site and its jobs are fully live
- Offline hides the entire page, including published jobs

1. What happens when I set the site to Offline?
Your career page becomes invisible to candidates. They won’t be able to view or apply to jobs until it’s back online.2. Will this affect job links I've shared earlier?
3. Do I need to re-publish individual jobs after setting the site online again?
No. As long as jobs remain published, they’ll automatically reappear when the site status returns to Online.
4. Is there a way to schedule when the site goes online/offline?
Currently, status changes must be made manually.
4. Will I lose any data if I take the site offline?
No. All analytics, job postings, and applicant data remain intact regardless of status.
