Before you begin

 You must have the necessary permissions to move candidates between stages in the hiring pipeline. If you do not have access, contact your system administrator.

 

Step 1: Locate the Rejected Candidate

  1. Ensure you have the required permissions to move candidates.
  2. Log in to your Plumm account.
  3. Navigate to the "Hiring Pipeline" section of the job posting.
  4. Find the candidate you want to reconsider in the "Reject" stage.

Step 2: Reconsider the Candidate

  1. Click on the candidate’s card that is in the reject stage.
  2. Drag and drop the candidate card into the stage you want to move them to (e.g., "Interview" or "Screening").
  3. The candidate will be moved back into the new stage, and you can continue the hiring process from there.
