Before you begin

 To configure screening reminders, ensure you have the required permissions to set up job details and manage screening processes. If you do not have access, contact your system administrator.

Step 1: Set Reminder Frequency While Creating the Job

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Navigate to the "Create Job" page when posting a new job.
  3. In the job setup, find the section for Screening Reminders.
  4. Set the number of days before the due date you want the reminder to be sent (typically 1 day).
  5. Save the job settings. The reminder will automatically be sent on the configured day before the screening due date.

Step 2: Candidate Receives Screening Reminder

  1. When a candidate has not completed the screening before the due date, a reminder email will be sent to them the day before the due date.
  2. The reminder will notify the candidate to complete the screening by the due date.
