Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What happens when I rename a tag?

The tag is renamed across all candidate profiles where it has been applied. This ensures consistency throughout the Hiring Pipeline.

2 . Can I rename any tag?

Yes, provided you have the necessary permissions. If you are unable to rename a tag, please contact your administrator.

3. What happens if I rename a tag on one candidate?

The tag will be renamed on all candidate cards where it is used, not just the one you updated.

4. Can I delete a tag instead of renaming it?

Yes. When clicking on the tag, you will also see an option to Delete alongside Rename.

5. Does renaming a tag affect just one candidate or all candidates?

It affects all candidates using that tag. The new name will be reflected wherever the tag has been applied.
