Scheduled Interviews for managers

Summary

This widget displays all upcoming interviews where you’re scheduled as a panel member. If the interview is online, you’ll also see a ‘Join Meeting’ button.

Before you begin

 This widget is available to Admins or Managers who are assigned as panel members for interviews.

Step 1. View your scheduled interviews

  1. Go to Team Dashboard
  2. Locate the Scheduled Interview widget
  3. You will see a list of upcoming interviews where you are a panelist
    • Interview title and candidate name
    • Scheduled date and time

Step 2.  Join an interview

  1. If it is an online interview, a Join Meeting button will be visible
  2. Click Join Meeting to be redirected to the interview platform
  3. The button will only appear close to the scheduled time

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Who can view this widget?

Only Admins or Managers who are scheduled as panel members can see the Scheduled Interview widget.

2 .I don’t see the Join Meeting button—what should I do?

The button only appears shortly before the scheduled time for online interviews. If it’s still missing, check with your HR admin.

 

3. What if the interview is offline?

Offline interviews will be listed without a Join button. Please attend at the physical location as scheduled.

4. Can I see past interviews?

No, this widget only shows upcoming interviews. For past interviews, refer to the Interviews module.
