Scheduled Interviews Widget for Super Admin
Summary
The Scheduled Interviews widget on the Company Dashboard allows Super Admins to view interviews where they are assigned as a panel member. For online interviews, a ‘Join Meeting’ button appears shortly before the scheduled time.

Before you begin
You must be a Super Admin to access the Company Dashboard. This widget only shows interviews where you are specifically assigned as a panelist.
Step 1: View your scheduled interviews
- Go to the Company Dashboard
- Find the Scheduled Interviews widget
- You will see a list of upcoming interviews you are scheduled to attend as a panelist
Each entry shows:
- Interview title and candidate name
- Scheduled date and time
Step 2: Join an online interview
- If it’s an online interview, a Join Meeting button will appear
- Click Join Meeting to be redirected to the interview platform
- The button is only visible shortly before the interview start time

1. Who can view this widget?
Only Super Admins can vide the widget on the Company Dashboard.
2 . What if the interview is offline?
Offline interviews will still appear in the widget but without a Join button. Attend at the scheduled physical location.
3. Can I view past interviews?
No. The widget only shows upcoming interviews. Use the Interviews module to view past sessions or records.
