Before you begin

  • You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
  • Ensure you are logged in to Plumm with the correct permissions to view the meetings.

Step 1. Access the 1:1 section

  1. Navigate to the People section or directly to 1:1s from the Plumm dashboard.
  2. This page displays all your scheduled 1:1 meetings, along with upcoming meetings, statuses, and other details.

Step 2. Use the search bar to find meetings

  1. At the top of the 1:1s section, locate the search bar.
  2. Type in keywords related to the title, organiser, invitee, or scheduled date of the meeting you want to find.
  3. Plumm will automatically filter and display the matching meetings based on your search query.

Step 3. Filter and refine your search

  1. You can refine your search by using additional filters if the search bar results in too many meetings.
  2. Use filters like Title, Organiser, and Scheduled Date to narrow your search further.

1. How do I search for a specific 1:1 meeting?

Simply type keywords such as the meeting title, organiser, invitee, or date in the search bar at the top of the 1:1 section.
 

2 . Can I search by meeting status (Scheduled, In Progress, etc.)?

No, the search functionality does not filter by meeting status, but you can manually look for status indicators next to each meeting.
 
 

3. Can I search for meetings by invitee or organiser?

Yes, you can search for meetings based on the invitee or organiser by typing their names or related keywords in the search bar.
 
 

4 . Will the search bar show past and future 1:1s?

Yes, the search results will include both upcoming and previous 1:1 meetings based on the search terms you enter.
 
 

5. Can I search for recurring 1:1 meetings?

Yes, recurring meetings can be found using the search bar by typing keywords related to the meeting, including titles and scheduled dates.
 
 

6 .What if no results appear after searching?

If no results are found, make sure your search terms are correct or adjust the search to broader keywords. You may also want to clear the search bar and try again with a different term.
