Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into your Plumm account.
  • You must have access to the candidate's profile and messages.
  • Make sure you have the necessary permissions to view all messages.

Step 1: Use the search bar to find emails

  1. Navigate to the Messages tab in the candidate's profile.
  2. At the top of the messages section, locate the Search bar.
  3. Type keywords or phrases related to the email you are looking for (e.g., "interview," "opportunity," "offer").

Step 2: Filter emails based on criteria

  1. Next to the Search bar, click on the Filter icon to open a list of filtering options.
  2. You can filter messages by the following criteria:
    • All: View all messages.
    • Unread: Display only unread messages.
    • Flagged: View flagged messages.
    • To Me: Show messages directed specifically to you.
    • Has File: Filter messages that contain attached files.
  3. Select your desired filter to narrow down the displayed messages.

1. Can I filter by multiple criteria at once?

No, you can only apply one filter at a time (e.g., Unread or Flagged), but you can search first and then filter for specific results.

2 . How do I clear the search and filters?

To clear the search, simply delete the keyword in the Search bar. To clear filters, click the Filter icon again and reset the option to All.
