Before you begin

  • You must have access to the Team Goals section in Plumm.
  • Make sure your goals are listed in the Team Goals tab, which is visible to managers and team leaders.

Step 1. Using the Search Bar

  1. Go to the Team Goals section of the Plumm dashboard.
  2. At the top of the page, you'll see the search bar.
  3. Type your search term into the search bar. You can search for:
    • Team member names
    • Goal titles
    • Progress status (e.g., completed, in progress)
    • Due dates

Step 2. Searching by Team Member Name

  1. To find goals related to a specific team member, simply type their name (e.g., "John Ray") in the search bar.
  2. The page will automatically filter and show all goals related to that individual team member.
  3. You can further refine your search by filtering by goal status (e.g., "completed", "in progress").

Step 3. Searching by Goal Title or Progress

  1. If you are looking for goals by their title, type part of the title or a keyword related to the goal in the search bar.
  2. For example, typing “sales” will bring up all goals with "sales" in the title.
  3. You can also search by progress percentage (e.g., "50%" for goals that are halfway complete).

1. How do I search for goals in the Team Goals section?

Simply type keywords such as the team member’s name, goal title, or progress into the search bar. The results will update automatically as you type.

While you cannot directly filter by status in the search bar, you can type keywords like "completed" or "in progress" to find goals with those statuses.
