Before you begin

  • To send bulk eSign templates, you must have the Admin role with access to the eSign module.
  • The template should be in Ready status and have the Employee role set for the signatories.

Step 1. Access the eSign Template

  1. Go to the Admin section in the left-hand menu of Plumm.
  2. Select eSign from the options listed.
  3. Under the Templates tab, locate the template you want to send.
  4. Click the Action button next to the template and select Send from the dropdown.

Step 2. Select Multiple Employees

  1. In the Send Template for Signature screen, navigate to the Role dropdown.
  2. Select the Employee role.
  3. A list of available employees will appear. You can either Select All or manually choose the employees to whom the document will be sent for signing.
  4. Check the boxes next to the employees' names who should receive the eSign template.

Step 3. Send the Template in Bulk

  1. After selecting the employees, proceed to fill out the Subject and Email Body sections.
  2. Review the email content and recipients to ensure accuracy.
  3. Once you're ready, click Next to confirm the details.
  4. Finally, click Send to send the eSign template to all selected employees.

1. Can I send eSign templates to multiple employees at once?

Yes, by selecting the Employee role, you can choose multiple employees from the list and send the template to them in bulk.


2 . How do I know if all recipients received the eSign request?

Once the template is sent, you can track the status of the requests in the Requested tab in the eSign module. The status will show as Pending for recipients who have not signed yet.


 

3. Can I edit the email content when sending bulk eSign templates?

Yes, you can customise the Subject and Email Body fields before sending the template to all recipients.

4. Can I send templates in bulk for roles other than Employee?

Currently, bulk sending is available only for the Employee role. For other roles, you will need to send individual requests.


5. What happens if an employee doesn't sign the document?

You can send a Reminder by selecting the Send reminder option in the Send Template for Signature screen. The signatories will receive a reminder email.
