Redesigned Main Navigation: 9-Dot App Launcher
We’ve introduced a new and unified 9-dot app launcher across the platform, giving users faster and more intuitive access to all available modules. This centralised navigation ensures a consistent user experience and makes it easier than ever to explore what Plumm has to offer.
Introducing Module Subscription Management
Admins now have full control to subscribe to additional modules directly from within the platform — no external forms, no waiting time.
Here’s what’s new:
- One-Click Subscription
Subscribing to a module is as simple as clicking a padlock icon on the navigation. You’ll be instantly directed to the module's subscription page with all the necessary information.
- 60-Day Free Trial
Every new module comes with a complimentary 60-day free trial, giving you time to explore the functionality in depth before committing.
- Free Implementation Support
Once a module is subscribed to, our Plumm Implementation Team will reach out within 2 working days to help set everything up — at no extra cost.
- Cancel Anytime
Not ready to continue after the trial? No problem — Admins can raise a support ticket at any time to cancel the subscription without any penalties or obligations.
- Resubscribe Anytime
If you change your mind, you can easily return to the module's subscription page and select ‘Subscribe Again’ — picking up right where you left off (note: the 60-day trial is only available for first-time activation).
This update empowers Admins and Super Admins to scale their platform usage on-demand, with complete flexibility, transparency, and support.
Flexible Working Schedule Configuration
We’ve introduced greater flexibility to better support how your teams work around the world.
You can now configure Working Schedules to start on any day of the week — not just Monday.
Whether your organisation operates Sunday–Monday, Tuesday–Monday, or follows any other regional or operational schedule, the system now adapts to you.

Global Flexibility
- Ideal for organisations with international teams or non-traditional workweeks — easily align schedules with local norms or industry-specific calendars.
Improved Accuracy & Consistency
- Once configured, the selected start day automatically flows through to key time-related modules, ensuring complete consistency in calculations and reports.
Fully integrated across:
- Time Off – Leave calculations align with your actual workweek.
- Attendance – Daily and weekly tracking reflects your defined working days.
- Timesheets – Weekly timesheets now start from the chosen day, removing confusion.
- Rotas – Shift planning and scheduling align perfectly with your working pattern.
No more manual adjustments or misaligned reports — just seamless, accurate scheduling that works the way you do.
Other Fixes & Enhancements
Expense Payroll Reminders
- Users now receive email notifications to approve submitted expenses. If left unapproved, the system automatically sends two reminders within 48 hours.
Invoice Payroll Reminders
- Similarly, approvers of invoices will receive email notifications, followed by two reminders within 48 hours if no action is taken.
Tax Year Enhancements
- When creating or editing a location, tax year selection is now available via a dropdown menu. Payroll schedules automatically align with the selected tax year and month.
Weekly Payroll Enhancements
- The timesheet and attendance import process has been improved for weekly payroll runs — resulting in faster, more accurate data processing and a smoother payroll experience.
Channel Partner – Super Admin Assignment
- All users designated as “Managed By” for a client will now be automatically assigned as the Super Admin for that client’s Plumm HR account, ensuring proper access and management from the start.
