Before you begin

The Share Calendar feature is permission-based and only available to users who have been granted access to it.
You can share calendars that include:
  • Leaves
  • Birthdays
  • Anniversaries
  • Company Holidays
  • Plumm Events
Note: Shared calendar links are not password protected. Anyone with the link can view the selected events.

Step 1.Open Share Calendar

  1. Go to Team Time Off from the sidebar
  2. Click the Leave Calendar tab
  3. Click the three-dot icon (top-right corner)
  4. Select Share calendar

Step 2. Generate a new calendar link

  1. In the Share Calendar window, enter a name in the Name field
  2. Under Events, tick the checkboxes for the event types you want to include
  3. Choose whom the calendar applies to:
    • All Employees
    • Select by Condition
    • Select by Name
  4. Click Generate Link
Note: After importing the Shared Calendar, new events will sync within 24 hours. You can regenerate a new link to revoke the previous one.

Step 3. Manage saved calendar links

Your saved calendar links appear in the list below the generator.
To manage a link:
  1. Click the three-dot menu beside a link
  2. Choose one of the following:
    • Edit: Modify event types or recipients
    • Copy: Copy the calendar feed URL
    • Delete: Permanently remove the link
To delete a calendar link:
  1. Click Delete from the three-dot menu
  2. Confirm the action in the pop-up by clicking Delete

1.Who can use the Share Calendar feature?

Only users with the Share Calendar permission can access this feature.

2 .Can I limit calendar sharing to certain employees?

Yes, you can share a calendar with all employees, by specific conditions, or by selecting names manually.


 

3.What happens when I delete a calendar link?

The feed becomes inactive, and anyone using the old link will no longer receive updates.


4. Can I edit the events included in an existing calendar link?

Yes, click Edit from the saved links section to update the calendar details.

5. Can the calendar be password protected?

No. The shared feed is not secured with a password. Only share links with trusted recipients.
