Before you begin

To share a calendar in Plumm, you must have access to the Team Time Off section and have the necessary permissions. This feature is available by default to Super Admins, while Admins can access it if they have the appropriate permissions.

Step 1: Share a calendar

  1. Navigate to Team Time Off > Leave Calendar
  2. Click on the action button (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the calendar.
  3. Select Share calendar from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter the calendar name (e.g., "All Events").
  5. Select the events you wish to include in the shared calendar:
    • Leaves
    • Birthday
    • Anniversary
    • Company Holidays
    • Plumm Events
  6. Choose the recipients by selecting one of the following options:
    • All Employees
    • Select By Condition
    • Select By Name
  7. Click Generate Link to generate a URL for the calendar.
  8. Copy the link or share it directly with the relevant recipients.

Step 2: Manage saved calendar links

  1. View saved calendar links under the Saved Calendar Links section.
  2. Use the actions (three dots) beside each saved link:
    • Edit: Modify the calendar settings.
    • Copy: Copy the calendar link to share again.
    • Delete: Remove the saved link from the list.

1. Who can share a calendar in Plumm?

Only Super Admins and Admins with the appropriate permissions can share a calendar in Plumm.

  • Plumm Events

 

3. Can I share the calendar with specific employees?

Yes. You can select the option to share the calendar with all employees or choose specific employees based on conditions or names.
 

 

4. How do I regenerate the calendar link?

If you want to regenerate the link for any reason, simply click on the Regenerate Link button after selecting the events you want to include.
 

 

5. Can I delete the shared calendar link?

Yes. You can delete any saved calendar link by selecting the delete option from the actions menu next to the saved link.
 

  

6. Can I view the shared calendar?

Once the calendar is shared, you can view it in the calendar view under Team Time Off > Leave Calendar. Any updates or events will be reflected in real-time.
 

  

7. Is the calendar feed password-protected?

No, the calendar feed generated is not password-protected. Be sure to share the link only with authorized individuals.
