Before you begin

  • The Sub search feature is available for admins and users with appropriate permissions on the TeamTask page.
  • Sub search allows you to search within the grid under a particular user's name in the expanded accordion view.
  • This helps in quickly finding specific tasks or details for a user without having to scroll through the entire list.

Step 1: Accessing and Using Sub search

  1. Navigate to the Team Task page.
  2. Locate the user whose tasks you want to search.
  3. Click to expand the accordion under the user's name, which will display the grid of tasks assigned to them.
  4. At the top of the expanded grid, you will find the Sub search bar.
  5. Click in the Sub search bar and type the keyword or term you want to search for (e.g., task name, status, due date, or assignee).

Step 2: Searching Tasks Under a User

  1. Search Within User’s Tasks:
    • The Sub search feature will filter the grid under that user's name, showing only the tasks that match the search term.
    • You can search for any field within the tasks, including task names, due dates, statuses (e.g., Overdue, Incomplete, Completed), or other details.

    • Matching results will be highlighted, allowing you to quickly identify the tasks that match your search criteria.
    • If no results are found, the grid will remain unchanged, and you may need to refine your search term.
